Alang, the one with the green fingers

Alang's little creation

This posting is especially for Alang who is in wet, dark, gloomy, rainy Kuantan right now (and loving it!) . She asked about her little garden which she re-created and tended. Actually it's not like a real garden - Japanese or Balinese with the proper landscaping and all that. Alang bought potted plants but mainly she managed to accumulate them from friends. Every time she sees a lot of plants at some friend's house, she would ask if the friend could part with some of the extra plants. Clever Alang ....

Alang would re-pot the plants, put in fresh earth and fertiliser, then arrange these along the fence or wherever she fancied. She would water it each evening. Now that she is in Kuantan, she expects this Puteri to care for them. Luckily it rains in Melaka most days ...
