This is Tasik Kenyir (Lake Kenyir), a man-made lake for the hydro-electric power station in Terengganu. We visited it last month for a weekend gateaway - 40 of us ladies from LKPI, Melaka. It was such a relief to be in this beautiful spot after 15 hours travelling in the chartered bus. From the jetty nearby, we had to take a speed boat to cross to our chalets on an island, about 15 minutes journey. 
One of the boats used to ferry us across the lake.We stayed the night at the Government sponsored chalets, 10 of us to one self-contained unit. We were taken to a waterfall, on another island. It seemed there were many waterfalls in this area. The one we visited was just as beautiful.
This is the waterfall at Sauk. The ladies had a frolicking time getting themselves wet to the skin.
